SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All USA orders ship for a flat rate $13.  I do ship internationally, but the customer will be asked to cover the extra shipping fees in order to ship their saddle pad(s). Please take into consideration that my stock fluctuates daily. Some pads may have a 8-10 week wait time. Please contact me prior to purchasing for time frames or current stock selection.

 

EASY RETURNS

Returns are simple and possible within 10 days of receiving your pad. Return shipping cost will be 100% the buyers responsibility unless our team has confirmed it will be our responsibility. In order to receive a full refund the pad can NOT have been used or on a horse. International orders will be responsible for return shipping. Please message us to start a return! 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

All of my custom made saddle pads come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I send digital mock ups to help you visualize what the finished product will look like. If you are not happy with it for any reason I will refund your money or make it until you're content.
